With blustery winds and temperatures falling into the single digit range by race end, it felt more like a Good Friday Time Trial than a late May one. Those who cycled to the event in the rain were particularly cold. This was not a fast night. Of the four riders who improved upon their previous 2013 OTT best, two (Yuhji Kuronuma and Gregory Marshall) hadn't been out since this year's very early Good Friday (2013-Mar-29), while Taylor Saravanamuttoo had the advantage of being better used to the loaner bike than she was last week. Congratulations to these three riders for also setting new personal database bests! There was some great team riding from the squad of Derek Gee, Dustin King and Jeremie Lacasse - 20:07 (44.739km/h). They were second overall, while Aaron Fillion was first with 19:05 (47.162km/h) and Mason Hanrahan was third with 20:09. For the women, Katherine Maine was first with 25:03 (35.952km/h), Calah Wright was second with 25:34 (35.202) and Ingrid Coney was third in 26:36 (33.835km/h).
